Terms and Conditions: Remaining payments are due in full 30 days prior to the first day of the event. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the event are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Refunds for cancellations under 30 days less $50.00 are issued only if spot is filled.

Please enclose your $150 deposit with this registration form and send them to my attention to reserve your space at the event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event start date.
